Tulgav, in the year 1982 there used to be a head of the village named Tukaram Patil (Sarpanch). In that village there also used to be a mysterious scripture "vishwabeej". A proclaimed Guruji and his ancestors who lived in the village have been protecting that scripture "vishwabeej", with all their might. The sarpanch wanted the ancient scripture at any cost and to make that possible he poisoned the entire village by giving them the wrong vaccine after spreading fake news of an epidemic
