Thenali (Kamal Hasan) suffers from severe Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). His doctors who are unable to cure Thenali of his mental illness, send him over to Dr. Kailash's (Jayaram) for therapy. Thenali hijacks the doctor's vacation in hopes of getting better. The reluctant doctor lets him tag along. While under Kailash's treatment, Thenali falls for the doctor's sister. Can love conquer the madness?
