'Shooter' is an action revenge drama. Dibya's parents are brutally killed by Abani's men. Dibya vows to take revenge and takes to crime and becomes a shooter. He shifts to Kolkata after growing up and starts killing men involved in illegal business. He becomes the new don of the city and becomes infamous as Deva. The police start looking for him. In the mean time he falls in love with Meghna. Deva is a good soul and helps poor people and orphan kids with the money he earns. So, the police fails to nab him. But his close aide Raju betrays him and his identity is revealed. Meghna is shattered to find out his truth. Dibya manages to trace Abani who killed his parents. He kills him. He's arrested and gets life imprisonment. But he's released after seven years due to good conduct and starts his life afresh with Meghna.
