Age Ratings : All Ages A childless couple adopts a little orphaned girl they find near a temple and names her Rasika. Rasika grows up to be a well-mannered and beautiful woman. When she comes of age, her foster parents look for a suitor to get her married, but all their attempts fail as soon as the other family learns that Rasika is adopted. Finally, when Rasika does get married to a seemingly good man, she starts facing harrassment at the hands of her in-laws for dowry.
