Yuvaraj Vijay Singh, crown prince of Pritampur, escapes an assassination attempt by his half-brother Yuvraj Ajay Singh. Just when Ajay is about to be crowned as the king, Vijay's lookalike, Prem Dilwale, enters the palace. Princess Maithili, Vijay's fiance, falls for Prem oblivious of his true identity. Will Vijay return to the palace to claim his position?
