Rajesh (Madhavan) who isn’t interested in love and relationship gets smitten by Reena Joseph (Reema Sen) after seeing her en route to a friend’s wedding. Rajesh goes in search of her only to find out she is to be engaged to Rajiv (Abbas), who is currently working in USA. Reena however has no clue of how Rajiv looks like. In an effort to win her love, Rajesh impersonates Rajiv and impresses her before Rajiv is due to arrive.
