CBI Inspector Kumar gets a blow when his wife, Ashoo, is found deceiving him with another guy. Enraged, he urges both of them to leave quickly. He does not allow Ashoo to take their only son, Prakash, with her. A few years later, Prakash, now a grown-up is hired by a business firm, whose proprietor is Mohan. Prakash meets Mohan's gorgeous sister, Kiran, and falls in love with her. Kiran too is drawn to Prakash. But little does Prakash know that Mohan is the very guy his mother had a relationship with.
