Naa Love Story Modhalaindhi is a Telugu dubbed sports comedy movie starring Sivakarthikeyan, Priya Anand, and Nandita Swetha. Kunjithapatham changes his name to get rid of constant embarrassment. But when people from his past bring up his original name back into the picture, he joins hands with Nandita, a trainer, to participate in a marathon and create a new identity for himself.
