In 'Mukhya Mantri,' poor school teacher Bimal Choudhury faces corruption in state legislative elections against corrupt MLA Bibhash Choudhury. The Chief Minister promises to make Bimal the CM if he wins. However, Bibhash and the CM realize it's difficult to defeat him, and he loses his life. Bimal withdraws from the election, unsure of his ability to make false promises like politicians.
