Yash, an enthusiastic youngster, loves a beautiful girl in his college named Pearl who is initially indifferent to his advances. He is so blinded by his love for Pearl that he doesn't realise just how much his best friend Sai loves and supports him. Sai and Yash invite some trouble when they expose drug dealings and exam paper leak in their college. But real trouble ensues when Pearl is murdered and Yash is implicated and jailed for it.
