College stud and a famed band player Ajay is introduced to the stunning daughter of a business tycoon named Ayesha. Ajay is smitten by Ayesha's modesty and coyness and what starts off as a mere acquaintance soon turns into full-blown love affair. But Ayesha's father Mr. Verma is unhappy with their union and his associate Mr. Chopra takes advantage of his discontentment. Mr. Chopra, wanting to take over Mr. Verma's fortune, suggests his own son for Ayesha and brainwashes him about Ajay. The situation takes a deadly turn when a hit-man is appointed to end Ajay's life. But seeing Ajay's aggressive stubbornness to be with Ayesha, Mr. Verma gives him a challenge, to find his lady-love within a day or leave from her life forever. Ajay accepts the challenge, unaware that a bigger conspiracy is at work to tear them apart once and for all.
