A wealthy businessman Jai Singh commits suicide. His street-smart chauffeur Subhash sets his eyes upon his boss's insurance money, which happens to be a hefty claim. He teams up with Jai's wife and together, they attempt to make the suicide look like a well-planned murder. Will they succeed?
