Janani is a Kannada drama mystery movie starring Shiva, Vibha Rai, and Jayasudha in the lead roles. Shivu hates his mother who is in jail for killing her husband. However, when Shivu realises that his father was killed by someone else and his mother was falsely accused, he decides to avenge his father's death.
