Prem Mehra (Shreeram Lagoo) is a wealthy, kind-hearted and generous man who lives in a palatial house with his wife, a daughter and two sons. Dharamdas (Prem Chopra), an old foe of Mr. Mehra, takes the help of a gangster and an employee of Mr. Mehra, and steals priceless diamonds from his safe, and then implicates Mehra for the robbery. Mr. Mehra thus loses all his wealth overnight and is forced to sell his property to pay for the losses incurred by his client. Will the Mehra sons be able to restore the wealth and the honour of their father?
