Two partners in business, Murlidhar and Narang, backstabs their third partner and takes over his business. Ramnath, a watchman in this organization, witnesses illegal business being carried out, and tries to put an end to this, and gets killed for doing so, leaving behind his wife and two boys. The police claims this death to be an accident, and the management doesn't pay any compensation. Years later, the two boys, now grown up, remembers the death of their dad and the insults they had suffered, as a family, from the new owners. They devise a plan to avenge their father's death, and they find out that the owners are surrounded with many influential friends, who will try their best to protect both Narang and Murlidhar.
