The business of a luxurious hotel owner, Singhania (Kader Khan), begins to fall when his customers flock to the small food joint across the street. Raja (Govinda), the owner of the meager establishment, is elated with his success and perseveres even as Singhania tries over and over to ruin his efforts, always with hilarious results. Things take a turn, however, when Singhania's daughter Kiran (Raveena Tandon) decides to marry Raja. Will this finally spell truce for the feuding businessmen or does Kiran have an ulterior motive of her own?
