'Dost aur Dushman' is the story of a married couple, Bhanumathy and Rathnavel , the relationship turns sour when Bhanumathy comes to know that Rathnavel is impotent and alcoholic. She leaves him and gets married to her brother's friend, Ravi. Later Rathnavel kidnaps Bhanumathy, fakes her death and locks her in a sound proof room. Will Ravi ever be able to find his beloved wife?
