Dhara 302 is a story about young Veer Singh who accidentally joins the path of crime at just the age of 12. Circumstances force him to continue on that path, miring him deeper in the world of crime. Things take a turn when his girlfriend, Kalpana, pushes him towards the right path. Dhara 302 follows the life-struggle of this hapless man, caught in a self-created frenzy.
