Raj (Akshaye Khanna), a successful criminal lawyer, meets a popular singer Sargam (Urmila Matondkar) through Ashwin (Vijayendra Ghatge). The following day, Ashwin is murdered, and Sargam's childhood friend, Taran (Ajay Devgn) is the primea suspect. Raj takes up Tarang's case upon realising that Tarang suffers from Split Personality disorder. But is all that meets the eye true, or is there more to this saga?
