A psychotic serial killer in Nainital, murders beautiful women he apparantly is in love with. Neha Chopra (Karishma Kapoor) moves to Nainital for work and meets a shade of men, from a womanising boss and a jobless roadside romeo, to a city police commissioner. The more Neha tries to steer clear of danger, the more she gets entangled in the mystery. Who is committing the crimes, and is Neha safe?
